POWERMOVES These are the major powermoves, flips and tricks that I learned in college: Flares, Airflares, Halos, Corks, Backflip, Frontflip and more Even though I was gumpy as can be I remember my mentality being so strong. Every single move in this video I approached as if I had to have it... as if I already had it. Never give up. If you say "I won't be able to do it" then you already failed without even starting. I would normally train 5 days a week from about 10 am - 12 pm obviously this changed year to year slightly but I maintained consistency. I probably fell on my a$$ 7,800 times (30ish attempts a day X 5 days a week X 52 weeks in a year) before getting airfares. Some intermediate things not included: Long Handstands, Poopy Airchair lame baby freeze, munch baby mills, and some basic power combos
