THE DAUGHTER OF A MILLIONAIRE REFUSED TO MARRY A POOR MAN, AND THIS IS WHAT HE DID... ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Very often, we fall in love with people who are not quite right for us, or who simply do not match with us in the ways that matter. In fact, sometimes in life, we want people who are so different from us that the relationship seems completely unviable. This is what happened to Tom when he was in his early 20s and just starting to make his way in the world – A decade later, Tom and Rachel met once more. They ran into each other in a shopping mall purely by chance. They were both alone when they bumped into this chance reunion, and were shocked to see each other. Tom was heartbroken, once more, but tried to seem happy for her. He had to work hard to keep his feelings to himself as Rachel’s husband, Sean, approached. As it turned out, however, the two men already knew each other very well! Sean was shocked when Rachel introduced Tom; “Hello – it’s very nice to see you, sir!” he said, and Tom nodded, “You too, Mister…?” “Carter!” Sean said. “Mr. Carter, nice to see you again.” Tom kept his feelings hidden and made polite conversation. When it comes to our love lives, we all want a perfect connection with someone who ticks all of the right boxes, but feelings don’t always play fair! So, you see, love is a fickle and strange animal, but it doesn’t pay to reject someone out of hand just because they haven’t got everything you want in a partner. Potential is a powerful thing, and the love of a good woman (or man) can push people to exceed their wildest expectations of themselves. Tom had made a millionaire of himself for the love of a woman who did not want him… just imagine what he could have become if Rachel had thrown her prejudices to the side to fully support him? A lot of people will certainly agree that the woman got what she deserved. And in the case of this next story, a gold-digger gets some pretty heavy karma, and you won’t believe the lengths she went to prove that money means everything and nothing else matters. Well give this couple fictional names to protect their identity, but it’s based on a true story. Of course, when you really love someone, you are sometimes inclined to spoil that person, and Mark was letting Becky go shopping whenever she wanted, kept her fed from a ‘Golden Spoon’ so to speak, and she always had the nicest clothes. Even if Becky wasn’t asking, Mark was spoiling her because he loved her and it was just his persona to be as kind as possible. That evening Mark went back to his home and found that Becky had taken EVERYTHING! She took all the furniture, except a couch and a bed, collectibles, decorations and paintings that were hung on the walls, food, and anything else that wasn’t nailed down. One must wonder if she even took the ice trays from the freezer! She also took the two cellphones including the new one that he bought her that he had been paying $300 a month for, and he still owed $1200 for her two phones. It turns out that she also had a $2000 loan from Marks mother which wasn’t going to be paid back. Mark sent Becky an email asking her for his things back and for the money that she owed. She responded that he was harassing her and that if he ever called her again, she would call the police and her dad would beat him up. Despite all this terrible stuff, Marks life started to take a turn for the better. Mark ended up getting a nice promotion at his job, a nice raise, and a nice bonus. In fact, things were even better now that Becky was gone out of the picture. 10 Animals That Were Recently Discovered
► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] The animal kingdom is diverse and fascinating, and there are many different versions of the same species all over the planet. In some areas, such as the deepest reaches of the Amazon Rainforest, we know very little about all the creatures that exist there. And while us humans tend to think of ourselves as the masters of our world, it cannot be denied that there are many weird and wonderful things on Planet Earth of which we are simply unaware. That’s why everyone becomes so excited when we discover a new plant or animal species. Recently scientists have discovered new species of wasp, shark, ape, and even new animals descended from Dinosaurs! With that in mind, here are 10 amazing animals that have only been discovered in recent years. Squalus Clarkae Also known as the “Genie’s Dogfish,” this tiny member of the shark family, specifically the dogfish shark, grows just 20 to 28 inches long. Found in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this dainty predator has huge, anime-like eyes which are perfect for seeing in the deep, dark waters. Calistoga Crassicaudata Despite being just 9.8 millimeters long, this species of parasitic wasp is native to the Amazon, and is one of the most nightmarish creatures on this list. Its stinger is about half the length of its tiny body and is also an “ovipositor.” This means that that stinger also deposits eggs, along with a paralytic toxin into the wound it creates. Caelestiventus Hanseni This entry has been, thankfully, discovered post extinction. If you think we’re cruel for saying this, just wait until you hear about C.Hanseni! C. Hanseni was, in fact, a breed of Giant Pterosaur which sported no less than 110 teeth and 4 seriously wicked fangs. The scientists responsible for discovering it estimate that it may have had a wingspan of around 4.9 feet and fangs 2.5 centimeters in length. Mansourasaurus shahinae The second ancient discovery on our list is less carnivorous, but no less terrifying for its vegetarian nature. The Mansourasaurus was found in Egypt by archeologists in late 2017. This sauropod was long-necked, long-tailed, and the size of a modern-day bus! What makes this discovery so exciting? Dendrocerus Scutellaris Another member of the wasp family which has been discovered in recent years, D.Scutellaris is also a parasitic wasp that seems to have cut its way straight from a scary movie. Like it’s cousin C.Crassicaudata, this wasp lays eggs inside of a host. The larvae then hatch and, well you get the rest. Despite this, D.Scutellaris lacks the strong, pointy jaws that most endoparasitoid wasps use to chew their way free. Tardigrades Lovers of weird and wonderful animals will already know about the famously sturdy Tardigrade or as its sometimes called “water bear”. This tiny microscopic creature can survive in extreme cold down to negative -328 degrees Fahrenheit and extreme heat up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. In fact, they can even survive in the intense radiation and crushing vacuum of space! Talk about a super-creature, right? Shastasaurid The creatures of the world’s oceans remain more mysterious than even the surface of the moon; deep dwelling animals are still being discovered, today, and so it is little surprise that we are still becoming aware of now extinct species. Junzi Imperialis The burials of ancient Chinese royals were very often flamboyant and outlandish affairs which displayed the wealth and importance of the person through the goods they were buried with. Even still, archaeologists were surprised to find the remains of an extinct and ancient member of the Gibbon family within the burial menagerie of the grandmother of China’s first Emperor. The Bryant Shark Thanks to recent movies and media, the public is more aware of ancient sea life than ever before. Jurassic World, and The Meg have brought huge, sea-dwelling dinos into the public eye. But while we know about the infamous Megalodon, the largest shark to ever exist, few are aware of the ongoing search for one of its ancestors Orthrozanclus Elongata With an armored back and spikes lining its sides, this 515-million-year-old critter would probably give most people a nasty scare if they were to see it in person. The cocktail-stick-like spikes on its back were longer than the creature was wide and extended like sunbursts. Discoverer Dr. Martin Smith remarks that this would have made them look rather like a cuddly cactus. We hope you enjoyed this video! Let us know which one of these animals was your favorite. And if you liked the video, like, share, subscribe and turn on notifications so you will be the first to know when we release a new video. Thank you for watching!

People don’t usually move into a home with digging up the backyard being one of the first to-do things on their list. However, for whatever reasons, sometimes you’ve just got to dig a hole or find out what’s back there. You might be surprised by the things that some of these people found. Check out these 10 Mysterious Things Found in Backyards. 10. 650-year-old treasure – A contractor from Wiener Neustadt, a city located south of Vienna, found out how cool it would be to find a treasure while expanding a garden pool in his backyard. The 650-year-old treasure included heavily decorated belt buckles, brooches, and rings. 9. WWII bombs – So many bombs were dropped during WWII in Europe that it’s no surprise to find a bomb laying in your backyard. There are thousands of so-called unexploded ordnance dating back to the Second World War dotted across Britain. 8. Ancient stone – Amateur historian Stephen Davis of England decided to look at the history of his own home, probably for a little practice to see what he could find. In the history of the house was a reference of an ancient stone that possibly marked a burial plot from the Bronze Age which dates back to 2500 B.C. 7. Saddle Ridge Hoard– You never know what you’re going to find and surely there are still small treasures like this next one. A couple were walking their dogs on their property in the Gold Country and noticed some decaying metal canister barely poking out of the ground. Using a small stick, they dug out the canister and took it home to open it up. 6. Whale fossil – California seems like the kind of place where you can find anything. For example, a fossil from a Baleen whale that is 16-17 million years old has been sitting in the backyard of a California resident – Gary Johnson for 35 years since it was discovered. 5. 1700’s Cemetery – A guy named Vincent Marcello decided he wanted a swimming pool in his backyard in the historic French Quarter in New Orleans. He had no idea that he was about to find the long lost historic St. Peter Cemetery. 4. 150,000 in cash - It’s hard to know if this is a real story, or some ghost story, but in 2011 an unemployed man named Wayne Sabaj was picking some Broccoli in his garden when he found a nylon bag that had $150,000 stashed inside of it. 3. Wedding ring on carrot – This next treasure isn’t really mysterious, but it’s a great lost and found story. A woman from Sweden who lost her wedding ring in while doing some stuff in her garden was surprised to find it 16 years later. 2. Large Gold Nugget – Gold is one of the most precious metal on the Earth. Just one ounce of gold is currently worth about $1400 dollars. A man from Nevada County, California was walking across his property when he saw a gigantic piece of smooth gold sitting in the ground. 1. Ferrari – Probably not as much explored these days in the digital age is fun of playing in the dirt or digging in the mud like we used to do back in the old days. Back in 1978 in Lennox California, some kids were having some fun digging in the mud in their backyard when they found something big, something metal.

She was very beautiful and often attracted the attention of many men. And once some jealous woman almost took her life because she thought Dana was hitting on her husband. At a New Year’s Eve party Dana just talked with the man and the angry wife decided to attack her. This woman along with one of her friends found Dana’s address and decided to pay her a visit one night In February 2012, she was awakened by the voice of a woman who had broken into her home. Dana was home alone and sleeping on a couch when she heard a woman’s voice say ‘Hello Dana’. She looked up and saw the intruder, Natalie Dimitrovska, who is the estranged wife of a man that Dana had met at a New Year’s Eve party just a month earlier. Natalie then began to angrily accuse Dana of being with her husband while Dana, who was completely shocked, stood there holding an open flame lamp. High on drugs, Dimitrovska threw a bottle of methylated spirits over Dana who suddenly and horribly turned into a human fireball. She says she reached up to wipe the burning chemicals from her face, but even her hands were on fire. She had heard about the ‘stop, drop, and roll ‘thing but it spread the flames around her body even more. The pain was excruciating and she said she could hear her attacker leaving and laughing while she burned alive. During the ordeal and her recovery, she has been very strong and brave. She has already endured countless surgery, skin grafts, reconstructions and hours of painful rehabilitation, and faces more medical procedures. Eighteen months after being burned she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. But Ms. Vulin’s spirit and positive outlook have enabled her to fight back. Dana says that acceptance was a huge part of her journey but she was making the best version of herself she could. Let us know what you think in the comments.

10 Insane Secret Military Weapons | Interesting Facts ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/gYLyzW For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] ################################ ► Website: http://vid.io/xcRS ► Facebook: https://goo.gl/G0HVYw ► Twitter: http://vid.io/xcRO ► Google +: http://vid.io/xcRM ################################ Statistics have shown that nations around the world spend billions of dollars every year. The total world spending on military force in 2014 is more than $1.7 billion as estimated by some experts. National rivalries, arms races and breakthroughs in weapons development all mean the final bill a nation is expected to pay only gets bigger and bigger. The USA spends around $600 billion a year on its military. Not only is that three to four times more than the next closest spender – China – that’s also more than the next several highest spenders added together. The War on Terror, regular upgrades to weapons systems and the ongoing competition with China and Russia all fuel this massive spending spree. Indeed, many nations on this planet have some sort of military rivalry with a neighbor which fuels spending and development of large armed forces. With the burgeoning increase of advanced technological aid being used in armed combat, here is a list of ten of the top-secret advanced military weapons that have been previously utilized in times of conflict. 1. INTERCONTINENTAL BALLISTIC MISSILE Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs) are a major nuclear deterrent and only a few nations possess the technology to launch such long-range weaponry. With R-36M (SS-18 Satan) as the world's longest range Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) with a range of 16,000km. With a weight of 8.8t, the R-36M is also the heaviest ICBM in the world. 2. F-22 RAPTOR This secret weapon is currently the only operational fifth generation fighter in the world. The F-22 Raptor is capable of cruising at Mach 1.82 (1,220 miles an hour) without afterburner. It carries up to two AIM-9X short-range and six AIM-120 medium-range anti-aircraft missiles in the fighter role and can carry precision-guided air to ground weapons in the ground attack role, with a stealthy, single-seat fighter with the ground attack, reconnaissance, and electronic warfare capabilities. 3. B-2 SPIRIT Bat-winged B-2 Spirit bomber is one of the deadliest top secret weapons in the world. Originally conceived as a strategic nuclear bomber, the B-2 was modified at the end of the Cold War to also serve as a conventional bomber. The B-2’s ability to penetrate air defense networks, carry up to forty tons of satellite-guided bombs and travel up to 6,000 miles without refueling, make it possibly the most lethal weapon system currently in existence. 4. F-35 LIGHTNING II America’s next generation fighter-bomber meant to replace existing aircraft such as the F-16, F/A-18C, and A-10, is the F-35 Lightning II, with an advanced suite of sensors that add intelligence collection, reconnaissance, and electronic warfare capabilities. 5. POWERFUL ELECTROMAGNETIC RAIL GUN The EM Railgun launcher is a long-range US Military experiment weapon that shoots via electromagnetic power at a speed of 3km/s (1.9m/s). It is a gun that uses just electricity, with no gun powder. It fires projectiles using electricity instead of chemical propellants. Magnetic fields created by high electrical currents accelerate a sliding metal conductor, or armature, between two rails to launch projectiles at 4,500 mph. 6. VIRGINIA-CLASS SUBMARINE The most advanced nuclear submarine weapon in the world is Virginia – class attack submarines first introduced in 2004. The submarines are armed with four torpedo tubes armed with a mixture of Mk.48 guided torpedoes and Sub-Harpoon anti-ship missiles. 7. AUTONOMOUS WEAPONS SYSTEM: THE MILITARY SMARTEST TOYS According to the U.S Department of Defence, “Autonomous Weapons Systems (AWS) are weapon system(s) that, once activated, can select and engage targets without further intervention by a human operator.” It is popularly referred to as the military robot or remote-controlled mobile robots designed for military applications, from search, transport, rescue, and attack. 8. LASER WEAPON SYSTEM (LAWS) Unlike traditional naval guns, Laser Weapon Systems, known as Laws in military jargon, are measured in kilowatts as opposed to caliber. The US Navy develops laser weapon prototype for destroyers. 9. FORD-CLASS AIRCRAFT CARRIERS One of the symbols of American power projection since the end of the Second World War is the aircraft carrier. The American carriers typically displace up to 100,000 tons fully loaded. While Beijing's and other nation’s military power are growing, Washington still retains advantages that make it worthy of the title "superpower.” Thanks for watching, a like will be appreciated

10 Mysterious Kids Who Remember Their Past Lives
10 Mysterious Kids Who Remember Their Past Lives ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] The concept of being able to remember a past life, or even knowing of past lives, is something that is different in many cultures. However, what we cannot deny is that there are people who claim to remember their past lives, and they can be scarily accurate in many cases! Most of the people who remember past lives without regression therapy are children or adults who remember the details as children and slowly forget these memories over time. For some people, however, the memories stick and have lasting effects on their new lives. Check out these stories of 10 children who remembered their past lives in frighteningly accurate ways that will make you a believer! Hanan Monsur and Suzanne Ghanem The tale of Hanan Monsur and Suzanne Ghanem is a strange and wonderful one that will make even the staunchest of non-believers think about the afterlife. Hanan Monsur was born in Lebanon in the 1930’s and had two children, Leila and Galareh, by her husband Farouk. Rashid Khaddege and Daniel Jurdi On a sunshine-drenched day in 1968, a mechanic named Rashid Khaddege went on a road trip to Military Beach in Beirut with his friend, Ibrahim. Rashid lost control of the car and, unfortunately, both men did not survive the crash. Anne Frank and Barbro Karlen The story of Anne Frank is one that we all know, but what most people don’t realize is that there is another hidden part of this story. As we all know, Anne Frank tragically passed away in 1945 in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. What most people do not know is that, nine years later, a girl named Barbro Karlen was born, and as soon as she could speak, she started to claim that her parents were not her real parents. Kendra Carter The case of Kendra Carter stands out as being particularly creepy, however. Kendra Carter was just four years old when her mother took her to swimming practice for the first time. That is where she met her coach, who she claimed had been her mother in a past life. Her “Other” Mother’s Name Was Sally Some stories of young children remembering their past lives are heartbreaking, especially when you consider the fact that they would cause their parents real pain through some of their claims. In one case found online, a 23-year-old mother had reported that her four-year-old daughter kept talking about her “other” mother. Remembers Details About the Titanic To remember the details of one’s past life in adulthood is a rare thing, but it can often be very distressing for the people who experience it. Take the confession of one woman, who chose not to name herself, wherein she speaks of waking up at age 12 to the distinct feeling of a being on a rocking ship. She felt claustrophobic and nauseous but tried to ignore it. When she returned from school that day, she watched a documentary about the Titanic. Elijah Children are master story-tellers, and sometimes it can be hard to tell where their stories end and truth begins. While with his grandmother, Elijah suddenly proclaimed, “I passed away in this house” Then he rubbed his eyes with his fists as if crying, but despite his grandmother’s attempts to get him to elaborate, he said nothing further and clearly wanted to move on. Kindergartner Struggles with Learning Alphabet We all readily accept the fact that knowledge must be learned, and yet when children show signs of extraordinary knowledge, we start making excuses as to how they may have gained it. Sometimes, however, we just have to accept that the knowledge has been inherited from a past version of themselves. A Scottish Pub Crawl One man gives his own confession in a strange, but more whimsical way; he speaks of being around about four years of age on a trip through Scotland with his parents. He had never been to the country before, and so when they stopped a pub in a small, Cairngorm village and he declared, “Oh, my favorite place!” his parents were understandably confused. Sinking Feeling Children who remember their past lives can sometimes remember strange and wonderful things. In some cases, however, it’s less clear-cut and less cheerful. One mother recalls the moment when her four-year-old daughter claimed to remember drowning. We hope you enjoyed the video. We want to know if you believe in previous lives. But there were other creatures who existed and some even long before the dinosaurs. There were even creatures who ate other dinosaurs as they started to appear. From giant and scary cousins of millipedes to creatures so bizarre that it’s hard to believe they even existed, we take a look at 10 Terrifying Prehistoric Creatures That Actually Existed. 10. Jaekelopterus rhenaniae – This creature was a giant predator and belong to a group of now extinct sea scorpions called Eurypterids. They were some of the largest arthropods that ever lived with some fossils showing the Jaekelopterus could reach up to 8 feet long. 9. Helicoprion – It’s interesting to see how far evolution has come. For example, if we look at today’s sharks, and the sharks that existed during prehistoric times, you would think you were on a different planet. 8. Gigantopithecus – This was the largest ape which once roamed the early prehistoric forests and jungles. Some fossils found indicate that this giant-sized ape stood as high as 10 feet tall and weighed as much as 1,300 pounds. It is believed that it existed between 9 million and even as recently as 100,000 years ago. 7. Arthropleura was an herbivorous arthropod that lived in what is now northeastern North America and Scotland around 315 to 299 million years ago, during the late Carboniferous Period. And what made this creature terrifying was its size, its appearance, and how fast it could move. Fossilized footprints from Arthropleura have been found in many places. 6. Livyatan melvillei is the name of a prehistoric whale inspired by the biblical sea monster Leviathan. It existed around 10 million years ago. It was a member of a group of hyper-predatory macro raptorial sperm whales or raptorial sperm whales and was likely an apex predator preying on whales, seals, and anything else unfortunate to get in front of its mouthful of 14-inch-long enamel coated teeth. 5. Smilodon – Although commonly known as the saber-toothed tiger, it was not closely related to the tiger or other modern cats. Smilodon was more robustly built than any extant cat, with particularly well-developed forelimbs and exceptionally long upper canine teeth. 4. Deinosuchus - is an extinct genus related to the alligator that lived 80 to 73 million years ago during the late Cretaceous period. Its name means ‘terrible crocodile’ and that is exactly what it was. The research was done when fossilized feces and oddly bitten bones of dinosaurs were found next to the fossils of this living creature. 3. Quetzalcoatlus is a pterosaur which lived approximately 70 million to 65 million years ago during the Late Cretaceous Period. But these creatures were not like the Pterodactyl. They were more like a Giraffe that walked on all 4 limbs but had wings or webs between the legs. 2. Titanoboa is an extinct genus of snakes and whose name means ‘titanic boa’. Fossils of this massive boa have been found that date back 60 million years ago. A fossil was found in Columbia that was so large that is stunned scientists and forced them to rethink the nature of prehistoric life. 1. This Man Uses These Stickers To Feed People, Watch How He Did It...
This Man Uses These Stickers To Feed People, Watch How He Did It... ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Sometimes it seems that the world is not as kind as it should be. This is an inescapable fact of life as we know it. There are millions of people who do not get what they deserve, and tens of thousands who get more than they should. Some acts of kindness are small and sustained, while others are utterly life-changing, but in every case, they are admirable, necessary, and heartwarming. Check out these 5 Unbelievable acts of kindness. Feeding The Homeless, One Slice At A Time; At 27 years old, Mason Wartman was a success on Wall Street. He had the kind of life that most people dream of having, but for him, it just wasn’t enough. There was something missing in his life, and money wasn’t the answer. He wanted to work for himself, and so he moved back to Philadelphia and opened a $1 pizza shop in 2013 named after his mother; Rosa’s Fresh Pizza Rewarding Loyalty, Investing In Talent Marcus Lemonis is a self-made millionaire who is most famous for his show “The Profit,” in which he invests in struggling businesses to turn them around. It’s safe to say that he makes a difference to many people on a regular basis because his knowledge and experience are invaluable! Spreading Profits, And Sharing Wealth Co-founder and CEO of Gravity Payments, Dan Price, has done what most people in his position would deem insane. In April 2015, he slashed his salary as CEO from around $1 million to just $70,000 per year. Why did he do this? So that he could give every single one of Gravity Payments’ 120 employees a raise! Every single person working for this company now earns the same amount; $70,000… that’s a minimum wage of $34 per hour. Going Above And Beyond There are many wonderful people in the world. But even the kindest of souls and most philanthropic of bosses wouldn’t think to do what Michael De Beyer proposed to do in 2014. The owner of Kaiserhof Restaurant in Montgomery, Texas, was distraught when he found out that a 19-year-old employee, a member of a family with whom he was very friendly, had a brain tumor in dire need of medical attention. Giving While Living If there is a single person more deserving of recognition, and less willing to have it, than Chuck Feeney, we simply do not know who it is. This secretive, altruistic, and kind man has set his mind to one goal; giving away his entire fortune, around $7 Million Dollars to worthy causes, and, furthermore, to do it as quietly as possible. By and large, he has succeeded! So, as you can see, kindness is alive and well in the world and it comes in many shapes, sizes, and forms. Whether it’s a successful man giving up a high-flying life in order to put hot food in the mouths of the homeless and hungry people around them, a CEO leveling the playing field and setting a good example, or a millionaire quietly giving away their entire fortune to causes and charities which desperately need help, you will see kindness in the world if you look hard enough. We hope that you enjoyed this video. Have you or someone you know committed some acts of kindness? Let us know in the comments as we’d love to hear about it. Students are Prohibited from Dating and Having Open Relationships! Japan takes the education of its youngsters very seriously and brooks no distractions – even from other students! In Junior High Schools in particular, this is a view which is enforced with regulation. Junior High students are not allowed to date romantically or enter into an open relationship at all! 9. Cell Phones Are Not Allowed to be Used Inside the School The theme of education-first is one that can be seen in all Japanese school rules. As such, you probably won’t be surprised to learn that cell phones are also prohibited during lessons. However, you might be shocked to learn that they are not allowed to be used anywhere in the building at all. 8. Strict Dress Code Only twenty percent of schools in the USA have a dress code (and they are usually private schools), but in Japan, almost all schools from Junior High level upwards have a strict uniform to which students must adhere. 7. Punctuality Good timekeeping is a focus in pretty much all schooling systems, of course, but in Japan, it is taken very seriously! Children are expected to be in school at 8:30am on the button, and if they are more than five minutes late, you can be sure they will be punished to a certain degree. 6. Respectful Greetings Japanese culture is one which focusses heavily on respect; respect for authority figures and elders, as well as each other, is a key part of this for school children. As such, Japanese school children greet their teachers with a bow at the beginning of their lessons and say goodbye in the same manner. 5. The Sasumata American school children will no doubt be familiar with intruder drills, but in Japan, they take matters one step further by ensuring that there is something on hand to defend against violent intruders. 4. No Substitutes Can you imagine leaving a classroom full of American Junior High students unattended for a full period? Sounds like every teacher’s worst nightmare, right? Well, in Japan, this is commonplace. 3. Mandatory Swimming Lessons Japan is an island nation after all! Not only is swimming a part of the curriculum in Japan, but most schools actually have their own swimming pool to use. Students will swim as a part of their weekly education and are required to learn how to swim a minimum distance. 2. No Janitors Part of the culture of respect instilled in Japanese children includes caring for their surroundings and taking responsibility for their actions. This is why you won’t find janitors in any Japanese schools! 1. Summer Bummer Perhaps the biggest difference between Japanese and American schools, however, is the way summer vacation is structured. First and foremost, the vacation is only five weeks long. 10 Most Insane Rare Animals You Won't Believe Exist ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] There are about 8.7 million discovered species of animals in the world with many more being discovered every day. Some of these animals are well known and we see a lot of them every day such as our domestic dogs and cats and other pets we keep as companions. But in that big list of species are animals that are so rare that some people have never seen them before, and some creatures are becoming extinct due to humans. You might be surprised that some of these creatures exist at all because they are so unique, but we put together 10 rarest animals in the world for your enjoyment. Elephant Shrew – This creature can only be found in Africa. And of course, the reason they are called the Elephant Shrew is that of their rather long and flexible noses which look a lot like an elephant’s trunk which they can twist and turn when searching for prey such as insects, earthworms, spiders, insects, centipedes, and millipedes. 3. Ploughshare Tortoise – When it comes to one of the most beautiful looking tortoises in the world, then the Ploughshare Tortoise is probably somewhere high up on that list. Snub-Nosed Monkey – The Snub-Nosed Monkey is a very odd looking creature which has an almost alien-like appearance because it looks like its missing its nose. The monkey is mostly black with some white fur on its ear tufts, and their tails are one and a half times as long as their body. 1. Giant Squid – The interesting thing about this creature is that it’s so rare that before it was first seen in 2004 by Japanese scientists, no one thought that the creature even existed. 10 Most Insane Secret Weapons In The World
10 Most Insane Secret Weapons In The World ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Military technology keeps advancing at incredible rates. If you think back to World War II and see the weapons compared to today’s weapons, it’s simply mind-boggling just how far advanced things are becoming, and from the looks of it, warfare is poised to become more dangerous than it ever was. From drones in the sky, drone tanks fitted with incredible weaponry, to small unmanned aircraft that are launched from carriers in the sky! Security clearance has been granted! Check out these insane secret military weapons. Russia’s Nuclear Tsunami Apocalypse Torpedo 'Poseidon' You might have heard of Russia’s new weapon which was called ‘Status-6’ or KANYON. It was once thought that the weapon was a hoax until researchers tracked the development of the system which began in 2008. Drones Recharged by a Laser Could Fly Forever The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has developed a drone that has solar panels that are built into the wings, and batteries in the fuselage. The batteries provide the power, but as they begin to drain, drone operators aim a laser beam at the solar panels which recharge the batteries. China's Giant Ionosphere-Zapping Radar This weapon developed by the Chinese is described as a ‘high-powered incoherent scatter radar’ and is supposed to bounce radio waves off the Earth's high-altitude layer of charged gas called the ionosphere. Project Thor Although this project has some limitation with our current technology, it’s something that is still on the table... we’re talking about a weaponized meteor strike. In the 1950’s a Boeing operations researcher by the name of Jerry Pournelle envisioned a weapons system armed not with conventional munitions or chemical explosives, but massive rods forged from the heavy metal ‘Tungsten’ which would be dropped from sub-orbital heights. Juliet Marine Systems Ghost The GHOST is an advanced super-cavitating stealth ship that reduces hull friction to 1/900th that of conventional watercraft. The Ghost uses a gyro-stabilized dual-pontoon super-cavitating hull that can run at top speed through 10-foot waves. Sea Dragon Weapon The U.S. Navy and an unknown defense contractor are working on a new missile the service says will give its submarines a new, ‘disruptive offensive capability’ to take on enemy ships. It’s called the Sea Dragon but no one is really sure what it is because it’s top secret. Drone Tank Military drones are on the rise and many of you are probably familiar with the unmanned US Predator drones that are equipped with advanced targeting systems and can carry 500-pound bombs and deliver those weapons to the target accurately. Tank-Killing Quadcopter Drone The armed forces of Belarus have demonstrated a new quadcopter drone that can carry a tank-killing rocket launcher which carries an RPG-26 single-shot rocket that is remotely fired by the drone operator. Iron Curtain With the name of ‘Iron Curtain,’ you might think this is a secret Russian military weapon, but it’s not. The U.S. Army is testing a system designed to protect military vehicles smaller than tanks from attacks. Gremlins Aircraft Carriers The idea of an aircraft carrier that operates in the air is not a new idea. And aside from the fictional flying aircraft carrier, the Helicarrier which appeared in the American comic books published by Marvel Comics, it would seem this is an impossible feat. But not so fast. We hope you enjoyed the video and want to know what you thought about these and which was your favorite. A Couple Finds A Hidden Room In Their House And What Was Inside...
► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] There are some stories of secret rooms and hidden safes that are just too cool to be true. Imagine inheriting some old house and find some secret or hidden room, or even some locked safe in your new place. This is exactly what happened and you won’t believe what was inside! Out story begins with a Reddit user by the name of ‘EvilEnglish’ who ended up inheriting a farmhouse from his grandparents after they had passed away. He had a great relationship with his grandparents and referred to them as PopPop and Nana. After working on the combination for about three hours, the lock was finally removed. The curiosity and the anticipation of finding out what was in the safe was about to unfold. He lifted off the heavy metal safe lid and found a pile of bricks and saw that water had been inside the safe and it perhaps had been flooded. At this point it didn’t look like there was too much in the safe, but after pulling the bricks out, he found an old time capsule straight from the 1930’s. Inside he discovered a 1937 United States coin book. Sadly, the book was damaged, but to his surprise, inside the book the money was in perfect condition. But that wasn’t all that But aside from all those coins, he also found vintage pistols and some wristwatches. Among the things stuff inside of the safe was an old rusted toolbox. But it wasn’t full of tools. Instead inside was piles of jewelry, a diamond encrusted watch, and even bars of pure silver! It turns out that his grandmother was an avid coin collector and saved a lot of silver coins and old collectible coins. His grandfather was a collector of firearms and that is why there were pistols stashed away in the safe. ‘EvilEnglish’ remembers his grandmother reading him Treasure Island as a kid, which sparked a lifelong desire to find a secret fortune of his own someday. It looks like the grandparents took care of that secret fortune. Fallout shelters were the answer to some families and some people built elaborate shelters. However, as time went on and the threat of nuclear war seemed to subside, some of these fallout shelters were abandoned or forgotten. This is what the family of the new home found instead of just a ‘hole’ in their backyard. An old staircase was found that went down into a subterranean space; a lost time capsule from the 60’s was here…a nuclear bomb fallout shelter that even had supplies. The shelter was built by a nuclear engineer named Alvin Kaufman in 1961 and it was 15 feet below the surface. Many things that were originally put into the shelter in the 60’s was still here. Vintage cans of coffee were stored a plenty in the shelter including other canned foods and cookies. Really old boxes of cups and Kleenex along with vintage packaged aluminum and plastic wrap for food. There was lots of tissue and plenty of clothing including an argyle sweater and some argyle socks. There was also a medicine box that had a bunch of old medicines and different bottles of pills, most of them in old vintage glass bottles. We hope you enjoyed this video. 10 Scary Places No One Dares To Visit ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Humans like to push things to the extremes, but the 10 terrifying places on this list really do take the cake when it comes to living on the edge. From sub-zero conditions to war zones and even huge graveyards, these are some of the scariest and most extreme places to live in the entire world! Oymyakon If natural extremities were a competition, this Siberian town would take gold. Possibly silver and bronze, too, if we’re honest. Home to 500 people and known as the “Pole of Cold,” Oymyakon is the coldest permanently inhabited settlement in the world. Days here swing between 3 and 21 hours long, and in the winter, temperatures can plummet to -72 Fahrenheit (or -58 degrees Celsius)! This is a town so cold, in fact, that no food crops can be grown; inhabitants live on reindeer meat, game, and fish! Gulan Refugee Camp Otherwise known as the camp that is also a minefield, Gulan refugee camp probably takes the cake for unappealing places to live. Let’s be honest; no one wants to live in a refugee camp, but if you had to pick one, you probably wouldn’t choose Gulan. This seemingly unoccupied field was first settled by refugees displaced by brutal conflict in Afghanistan in 2014. What they didn’t realize was that this field had been the site of a huge battle between the Mujahideen and the Soviet Forces in the 1980’s… Zabbaleen There are few places in the world which are truly outside of the law, but Zabbaleen in Cairo, Egypt, may well be one of them. Sometimes called “Trash Town,” Zabbaleen is mainly populated by Coptic Christians who are a minority in Cairo. This is a city of trash collectors… literally. The people of Zabbaleen make their money by collecting and sorting refuse from all over the city of Cairo. The City Of Th If we told you that there are people who literally live in a graveyard, you would probably tell us to pull your other leg, right? Well, believe it or not, it’s true! Over half a million people now live in a 7th century necropolis just outside of Cairo, Egypt. At first, residents moved into Cairo Necropolis (Qarafa, el-Arafa) in the 1960s because rapid industrialization cause mass migration into Cairo. Musharu Village, West Bengal There are many kinds of terror in the world; fear of the supernatural, fear of the dark, irrational phobias, fear of death, and of course fear of huge, venomous snakes. If you have ophidiophobia, meaning a fear of snakes, you should probably steer clear of Musharu village in Bardhaman District, West Bengal. This is a village filled with huge, highly venomous snakes of many types. How, you ask, have the snakes come to be so populous here? Aleppo, Syria Of all the places to live in the world, Aleppo has to be the most frightening and deadly. While it’s true that Aleppo is no longer an active battlefield, as it was between 2012 and 2017, and things have become marginally safer, this is by no means a safe place to life. Life in Aleppo is hard and dangerous; electricity, heating, running, water, and internet connections are in scarce supply. Rusinovo Found in the Kaluga region of Russia, Rusinovo is an entirely unique town, just 70 miles from Moscow, which first came into being in 1948. The Soviet Union had an idea, you see, which seemed great on paper; they would build a town which was adapted to suit the blind and visually impaired. Linta, Vincenza, Italy Linta takes its rightful place on this list for one reason; it’s size. As a tiny village found 0.8 miles outside of the town of Asiago, to which it belongs, Linta consists of just 29 full time residents. That’s right; only 29 people live here. 10 of those people are single, three have university degrees, and absolutely no foreigners! Exclusion Zone, Pripyat, Ukraine In 1986, the Chernobyl nuclear reactor experienced a critical failure that led to the worst nuclear meltdown in history; the town of Pripyat, just over the border in Ukraine, was home to tens of thousands of people, mostly workers and their families. Aogashima, Japan It’s true that all the places on this list are scary in their own incredibly unique ways… but Aogashima village is the most terrifying for natural reasons. This tiny village, home to just 200 people, is 200 miles south of Tokyo, situated on the most remote of the Japanese islands, and is connected to the mainland by ferry and helicopter. It’s lush, it’s green… and it’s found inside the outer crater wall of an active double volcano. Scientists reckon that the volcano is dormant and that it will stay that way for the foreseeable future… but we’re going to stay clear anyway. 10 Terrifying Creatures That Live After Death
10 Terrifying Creatures That Live After Death | Interesting Facts ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/gYLyzW For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Sorry, but i can't include footage with the headless snake in my video, here is the link: ► https://youtu.be/T_8jywmeVPY You may have noticed that, excepting the occasional zombie apocalypse, we humans tend to function best with our nervous systems intact and our brains, limbs and major organs all connected and happily communicating with each other. Well, we feel it's our duty to inform you that not all creatures are quite so picky when it comes to the intactness of their bodies. Hello and today we will talk about Terrifying Creatures That Keep Going After They're Dead Headless Snakes When faced with a venomous snake, most people's natural reaction would fall into one of three categories: fleeing, freezing on the spot or OH GOD OH GOD KILL IT CHOP OFF ITS EVIL POINTY HEAD. While the latter course of action may seem like the surefire way to avoid getting bitten, it turns out that might not be the case. What Makes This Abomination Possible? The snake has heat-sensitive pits at either side of its face, which it uses to detect threats -- and let's face it, if you're close enough for your body heat to be detected, you're close enough to be considered a threat. Cockroaches Cockroaches are infamous for their tenacity, and are often cited as the most likely survivors of a nuclear war. Some even claim that they can live without their heads. It turns out that these armchair exterminators are right. Headless roaches are capable of living for weeks. Chickens If you chop the head off a chicken, it can still run around for a few seconds. The animals can do this because a neural network in the spinal cord is pre-programmed to direct the muscles in various frequently used movement patterns such as running. Despite intense research into how the body, the brain and the nervous system works, scientists still do not have a clear picture of how nerve cells communicate to perform certain movements. Octopus Octopus tentacles still react up to an hour after being severed from their dead owner, and even try to pick up food and feed a phantom mouth. Flatworms Everyone knows the myth about earthworms: if you cut them in half, you get two worms. Nothing could be further from the truth, alas. However, if the earthworm is replaced by a flatworm, the two parts can survive these childish experiments. What’s more, be it skin, intestine or brain, the body part lost through cutting will simply grow again in a matter of days. Frogs Thanks to the "let's chop out its brain and see what the hell happens" approach to science taken by 19th century neurologist David Ferrier, we can tell you. A headed but brainless frog actually behaves very similarly to a frog with its gray matter perfectly intact: If you turn it upside down, it will right itself; if you pinch its feet, it will hop away; if you put it in water, it will swim to the side and climb out. And perhaps most disturbing of all, it will even croak contentedly if you stroke its back.ntinue to respond to external stimuli for an indefinite period. Flies Female fruit flies will live for several days after they have been decapitated. Such beheaded females assume an upright stance comparable to that of a normal fly and can and do engage in complex actions such as preening, flying and, under duress, walking. Turtles If you chop the head off a turtle, it can still swim. The turtle frequently uses swimming movements, so it makes sense for it to have a neural network in the spinal cord pre-programmed to perform swimming movements when the nerve cells are stimulated. Salamanders Salamanders can regrow entire limbs and regenerate parts of major organs, an ability that relies on their immune systems, research now shows. A study of the axolotl, an aquatic salamander, reveals that immune cells called macrophages are critical in the early stages of regenerating lost limbs. Wiping out these cells permanently prevented regeneration and led to tissue scarring. The findings hint at possible strategies for tissue repair in humans.

10 Most Dangerous Beaches That Actually Exist
10 Most Dangerous Beaches That Actually Exist ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] When you’re looking to book a thrill-seeking vacation, the beach probably isn’t the first destination that comes to mind. Beaches are meant to be enjoyed. They’re picturesque, warm, and fun – but occasionally, they are also extremely dangerous. A number of beaches across the world are home to active lava flows, frigid temperature, or an abundance of aggressive wildlife. All the same, they remain beautiful enough to tempt some travelers onto their sands and into danger. Come with us as we explore some of the most dangerous beaches in the world – and re-located our vacation to the spa in our hometown. 10. Hanakapia Beach, Hawaii To the average tourist, Hawaii is far more a dream trip than it is an island full of danger. Going on an island vacation, though, could mean trouble if you venture down to Hanakapia Beach. Found near Hanalei, Hawaii, this beach has developed a notorious reputation, given the many drownings that have occurred in its depths. 9. Cape Tribulation, Queensland, Australia Cape Tribulation is an excellent place to spend a day if you’re visiting Queensland, Australia. It’s full of lush plants, warm breezes, unbeatable views, and jellyfish. Lots and lots of jellyfish. These stinging jellyfish are more dangerous than they appear at first glance. 8. Fraser Island Beach, Australia Speaking of Australian wildlife: be sure to keep your eyes peeled if you ever visit Fraser Island Beach. The dunes here should make the land shifty to navigate, but Fraser Island is unique with its swath of rainforest plant life. 7. Bikini Atoll Beach, Marshall Islands The impact of nuclear testing was seriously undersold to the residents of Bikini Atoll in the 1940s. As a result, the beach and surrounding areas, while beautiful in their own way, remain uninhabitable to this day. Even the most adventurous of tourists will want to stay far away from this area. 6. Schitovaya Bukhta Beach, Russia Are you a big fan of surfing? Then you’ll have heard of Schitovaya Bukhta Beach. The name of this bold beach translates to “Shield Bay” in English, but there’s nothing protective about it – at least, not for potential surfers. Not only is this beach’s isolation a dangerous factor for surfers to consider, but the swells in the area have driven local officials to require that would-be surfers to have permits just to be in the area. Well, maybe that’s underselling it – there’s also the threat of lingering radiation from the Cold War to consider. 5. Amazon Basin, Brazil To say that the Amazon Basin in Brazil is dangerous may seem like stating the obvious. However, if exotic beaches are your game, then you’re more than likely to make your way down to the world’s largest rainforest sooner or later. When you do, you’ll have to worry about more than a little sunburn. 4. Uttakleiv Beach, Norway If you’re looking for a change of pace from humidity and heat, then you’ll find yourself drawn to Uttakleiv Beach on the Lofoten Islands in Norway. The closer you get towards the Arctic Circle, the more likely it is that you’ll see an out-of-this-world show of lights. 3. Reunion Island, France When you’re traveling through France, your biggest concerns are usually sly pickpockets loitering outside of airports or near tourist attractions. Make your way down to Reunion Island, though, and you’ll have to keep a closer eye on the water. 2. Costa del Sol, Spain A tour through the beaches on Costa del Sol sounds like a summer of fun. What could be better than warm weather, cool water, and an unfamiliar landscape to explore? In fact, the dangers of the beaches at Costa del Sol are quite familiar, even if the local is exotic. 1. Black Sand Beaches, Kilauea, Hawaii – lava We round off our list in the same place we began: Hawaii. Though recent days have seen a surprisingly significant chunk of the big island lost to lava, Hawaii has always kept its magma close to the surface. The Black Sand Beaches of Kilauea are prime examples of the danger that lurks beneath Hawaii’s surface. This Guy Started With Just A Container What He Built Is Amazing ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/vHN6qB For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] Creativity knows no limits, and nothing encapsulates what creative lengths people will go to more than people that make houses out of shipping containers. Before you start thinking about towers of stacked containers know that these twenty container houses are nothing like the battered and dented hobbles found in dystopian movies. With that said let's jump right in. Container House, Austria Our first container house on the list sits pretty on a cliff overlooking the Otztal Valley in Austria. At first glance, it may not look like it was made from 14 different containers slapped together, but it most definitely is. Shipping Container Guest House Not everyone wants to live in an entire house made from shipping containers, and who are we to judge? Still, a shipping container guest house is a good middle ground as Poteet Architects showcased with their charming little project. Kalkin’s 12 Container Home One might think that making a house from a shipping container means having a small home. Kalkin certainly threw that idea out the window by building a small mansion out of twelve reclaimed shipping containers. Wohnwürfel, Container Mini-Apartment Houses are expensive. There’s no escaping that fact. As populations grow, land becomes scarce and very pricey to everyone that isn’t born a millionaire. Therefore, apartments and mini-houses are becoming more and more popular. Container Build Group - Luxury Homes A life of living in luxury may not be quite so far out of your reach as you might think. Not if you fork out the dough for a container house like this one. Shipping House, Cape Town Cape Town is home to a container house inspired by changing how we build homes and lessen our impact on the environment. This may shock you, but the average house uses up a lot of resources to build. Shipping container houses are an extreme form of recycling, and there is no better proof of what can be achieved through this effort than Stephan Smith’s design. Minimalist 20-Foot Shipping Container Tiny House Shipping container houses don’t always have to be huge. They can resemble tiny apartments too, and we can’t talk about tiny homes and not mention those created by Tony Lopez of Alternative Living Spaces and Chris Buonaiuto of A2U Container Living.. Maison Container by Patrick Partouche There are shipping container houses that disguise their former lives with spackle, an angled roof, and a coat of paint. And then there is Patrick Partouche, who created the Maison Container project to fully embrace the concept of shipping container homes. Shipping Container House in El Tiemblo Speaking of shipping container houses that embrace what they are, there is a home in El Tiemblo that leaps behind this idea. Although a bit of an ugly duckling on the outside, the inside of this house is sleek and modern with stark colors uplifted by warm, wooden decals and plenty of natural light. Five Shipping Containers Turned Into a Cozy Modern Home Debbie Glassberg is the proud owner of five shipping containers. Now, this might not sound all that impressive, but when we show you what she did with those containers you are sure to be impressed and maybe a little envious too. The Crossbox House The French know how to make good coffee, good wine, and good…shipping container houses? Container Summer Residence Who wouldn’t want to work within walking distance of the sea during summer? Beach House Built From Recycled Shipping Containers ‘Why not just build your own luxury home from shipping containers?’ is what designers behind this stylish house in the Hamptons clearly thought. Earth-Cooled, Shipping Container Underground Retiring in the countryside is the dream of many people. For Steve and Shirley Rees, they took this idea to the next level. Rather than buying a cottage or a townhouse, they bought two shipping containers and buried them. Jean Nouvel’s Shipping Container Restaurant Why eat in a restaurant when you could eat in a shipping container instead? As a part of a refurbishment project in West Paris, a guy named Jean Nouvel launched new buildings made from shipping containers; a restaurant and a greenhouse. We hope you enjoyed this video. Like most UFO's, there's always an explanation for the apparently unexplainable… it's up to you, however, if you choose to believe it. The Kivalina Strain The remote native community of Kivalina on the Chukchi Sea shore in northwestern Alaska isn't the first place one might expect an alien invasion but on August 3rd, 2011, that's exactly what happened. Storm Sturgeon Something was fishy about the so-called "nightmarish Lovecraftian sea monster" that washed ashore on South Carolina's Folly Beach in March of 2012, or maybe that was just the aroma carried by the sea breeze. Montauk Monster No list of washed-up creatures would be complete without mention of the first Montauk Monster. Reports of the ferocious-looking carcass originated from far-eastern Long Island, New York, in July of 2008 and exploded onto the Internet shortly thereafter. Headless creature This subject is a headless creature 15 feet long, 10 feet of which form a tapering tail. Officials of Canada's Department of Fisheries and Oceans haven't disclosed the nature of the creature that washed ashore in February of 2010. Opah That's "Opah" and although this big beached beauty may look somewhat satanic the lower reaches it hails from aren't hellish in the least. Mysterious Blob Not much happens in Temuka, a town of just over 4,000 located on the eastern coast of New Zealand's South Island, but all that changed on October 28th, 2009 when the aliens landed… Purple Storm Snails Purple Storm Snails are rarely seen anywhere BUT washed up on a beach. These exquisitely beautiful gastropods have paper-thin shells and blow "bubble rafts" of transparent chitin to keep them afloat on the ocean's surface. Monster from Russia This creature was found by soldiers stationed on Russia's far-eastern island territory of Sakhalin in 2006. Sakhalin, by the way, is about 5,000 miles east of Moscow. Once the story broke, Russian Special Service personnel quickly removed the remains from the beach "for in-depth studies" Bigfoot Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water… it IS safe in the water, just stay off the beach! OK, the only danger posed by the toothy creation above is potentially stubbing one's toe on it. And by "creation", we don't mean it in the biblical sense. Salish Sea Human Foot Discoveries The thrill of victory and the agony of the feet, the latter of which were washing ashore along the Canadian and American Pacific northwest coast so often authorities were wondering what in the wide world of sports was going on! Just whose feet were they – and where were the rest of the bodies? So, are you up for a nice, peaceful walk on the beach or does the possibility of stumbling across something unexpected make you want to wave it off? One thing you should know: from whales to snails and fish to feet, things washed up on the shore have all seen better days, so stowaway your fears and enjoy nature's bounty! Thank you for watching!

There are some things that simply have no explanation for why they exist at all. And we’re not sure why our own brain kills its own cells, but one thing is certain, you will walk away from this thinking the universe is stranger than you thought. 10. Lizard Fish – In the depths of the ocean’s abyss lurks the world’s deepest living superpredator, the Lizard Fish. It resembles something from a horror creature film. It’s given its name Bathysaurus ferox, which means "fierce deep-sea lizard” from its lizard shaped head, which is mostly mouth filled with hinged teeth. 9. Secret subatomic event – A pair of physicists demonstrated that two tiny particles called bottom quarks could fuse together in a powerful flash. The resulting quarksplosion would be more powerful than individual nuclear fusion reactions such as those in the cores of hydrogen bombs. 8. Killing neurons – A new study has shown that as we learn, a burst of new cells is created to help the brain deal with the new information. When this happens, the brain decides which of the new cells work the best while getting rid of the extras that it doesn’t need in a survival-of-the-fittest contest. 7. Fierce female Viking – A high status Viking warrior’s bones were found inside a grave and most believed it to be the burial site of a great male Viking warrior. You would think this since throughout history, most great warriors were male. 6. The elongated skulls of Paracas in Peru - Paracas is a desert peninsula located on the south coast of Peru. In 1928 a massive and elaborate graveyard was found here that had tombs filled with the remains of individuals who had the largest elongated skulls ever found. 5. But something unexpected happened when a flatworm that was sent to space came back with two heads. 3. Huge jelly blobs spotted off norway coast – Mysterious jelly blobs suddenly appeared off of the coast of Norway and nobody has been able to identify what they are. Some experienced divers have reported seeing mysterious 1-meter, or 3.3 feet wide diameter jelly-like blobs. Could they be eggs? Aliens? 2. The Giant Stone Balls of Costa Rica – These giant stone balls that were found in Costa Rica are considered a great unsolved archeological mystery. 1. Dark matter – To pinpoint exactly what dark matter is will leave you with more questions that are unknown that what is known about the subject. In three days, those elevators carry the equivalent of the population of the entire Earth! We’ve become so accustomed to elevators in our everyday life that it’s unlikely something that you consider when traveling or booking your stay at a hotel. However, one of the myriad modern marvels of our time has become the star attraction in many locations throughout the world. If you’re adventurous you’ll go out of your way for the thrill ride of these 10 most insane elevators. Aqua Dom Elevator First up, for the Aquarian enthusiasts, is the AquaDom located inside the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin, Germany. Inside is an 82-foot tall cylindrical aquarium containing 1 million liters of water with a built-in transparent elevator where travelers can see over 1500 fish of 97 different species. Bailong Elevator Translated into English as the Hundred Dragons Elevator, the Bailong is a glass elevator built onto the side of a cliff located in the People's Republic of China, and is just over one thousand feet high and can reach the top in about a minute. Hammetschwand Elevator What looks like a rocket bound for the stars, Hammetschwand is the highest exterior elevator in Europe, located in Switzerland. Built by hotel and railway businessman Franz Josef Bucher it was the first of its type in the country when it opened in 1905. Japanese Elevator Toilets No, this isn’t just some silly novelty. In fact, this is probably one of the most reasonable and practical concerns that have been addressed by Japan’s infrastructure ministry; an idea that perhaps a lot of other countries can learn from. Falkirk Wheel Named for the town in which it resides, the Falkirk Wheel is an elevator…for boats! This elevator connects two of Scotland’s central canals, Glasgow and Edinburgh, that haven’t been connected since the 1930s. 10 DEADLIEST Creatures Of The Amazon | Interesting Facts
10 DEADLIEST Creatures Of The Amazon | Interesting Facts ► Subscribe: https://goo.gl/gYLyzW For copyright matters please contact us at: [email protected] ################################ ► Website: http://vid.io/xcRS ► Facebook: https://goo.gl/G0HVYw ► Twitter: http://vid.io/xcRO ► Google +: http://vid.io/xcRM ################################ The Amazon rain forest is an immense ecosystem, providing a habitat for creatures as weird and wonderful as the jaguar, the poison dart frog and the Jesus lizard. But it’s home to more than just the animals that prowl, swing, and slither through the trees. In the depths of the Amazon River, the largest river in the world, live creatures so amazing and so terrifying, that they make Jawslook like a nice, relaxing swim in the ocean. Black Caiman A black caiman is basically an alligator on steroids. They can grow up to six meters (20 feet) long, with bigger, heavier skulls than Nile crocodiles, and are the apex predator in the Amazonian waters. That means they are basically the kings of the river—they eat nearly anything they can get their teeth into, including piranhas, monkeys, perch, deer, and anaconda. Oh, and yes, they totally attack humans. In 2010, a biologist named Deise Nishimura was attacked by a caiman while cleaning a fish on her houseboat, and while she managed to fight it off, it tookone of her legs with it. This particular caiman had been living under her houseboat for eight months, evidently waiting for the chance to strike. Green Anaconda Continuing with the theme of gigantic reptiles, the largest snake in the world makes its home in the Amazon: the anaconda. While reticulated pythons are actually longer, green anaconda are far heavier; the females, generally larger than males, can reach 250 kilograms (550 lbs), grow to nine meters (over 29 feet) long and reach 30 centimeters (12 in) in diameter. Diving Bell Spider The diving bell spider is the only known spider in the world that lives entirely underwater. Like other arachnids, it must breathe air, but it provides its own supply by forming a bubble, which it holds by hairs on its legs and abdomen. The spiders must occasionally return to the surface to replenish their air supply, although some gas exchange happens across the surface of their bubbles, so they don't have to come up very often. Giant Catfish Divers work with a model European catfish in the Great Lake at Ostersund in Sweden. Large catfish live in many rivers throughout the world, where they are important scavengers. The largest on record is the Mekong giant catfish, which has reached recorded sizes up to 10.5 feet and 660 pounds. Arapaima Arapaima, also known as “pirarucu” or “paiche,” are gigantic carnivorous fish that live in the Amazon and surrounding lakes. Encased in armored scales, they think nothing of living in piranha-infested waters—and they are pretty effective predators themselves, feeding on fish and the occasional bird. Bull Sharks While technically ocean-dwelling saltwater animals, bull sharks are quite at home in fresh water, too—they have been found as far down the Amazon as Iquitos in Peru, almost 4,000 kilometers (2,500 mi) from the sea. They have special kidneys that can sense the change in salinity of the surrounding water and adapt accordingly. Payara Anything with the name “vampire fish” should automatically be recognized as scary, and payara are no exception. They are absolutely ferocious predators, capable of devouring fish up to half their own body size. Given that they can grow up to 4 feet long, this is no mean feat. Electric Eels Electric eels are actually more closely related to catfish than eels, but you probably wouldn’t want to get close enough to one to find out. They can grow up to 8 feet long and can produce jolts of electricity from specialized cells called electrocytes arranged down their flanks. Pacu One animal certain to be far more terrifying to men than to women, the pacu is a much largerrelative of the piranha, known for its distinctive, human-like teeth. Nile Crocodile A year-old Nile crocodile attempts to snap up a frog in the St. Lucia Estuary in South Africa. Also known as the common crocodile, these large reptiles are distributed across much of Africa. Mata Mata A mata mata is a freshwater turtle that inhabits the Amazon and Orinoco basins in South America. The bizarre turtles are entirely aquatic, although they prefer shallow, stagnant water, where they can easily reach their head out of water to breathe. Giant Freshwater Stingray As National Geographic previously reported, freshwater stingrays are known to inhabit rivers in Southeast Asia and northern Australia, where they can reach enormous proportions, measuring up to 16.5 feet long and up to 1,320 pounds.
