16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:33
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! How to Make $1 Million in a YEAR Selling Brand Products (NO Paid Ads or Traffic Required!)

21:54
The 3-step formula to making over $1 million/year selling brand products WITHOUT paid ads. ►► REGISTER - $400K/Month Workshop: https://wholesaleted.com/go/freeworkshop ►► Free $10,000/Month ebook: http://wholesaleted.com/4-step Watch Amazon's video: https://youtu.be/dAXdeqcHBp4 In this video, we talk about a new strategy of selling branded products: Reverse Wholesale. This is an extremely lucrative business model, that involves reselling branded products for a profit on Amazon. E-commerce millionaires, Dan and Eric, have used this model to make over $16 million dollars alone on Amazon. The best part? They were able to do all of this: WITHOUT paid ads WITHOUT creating a product WITHOUT dealing with customer service WITHOUT a website or email list To do this, they use a simple 3-step system called “Reverse Wholesale”. Here’s how it works: STEP 1: LOCATE HIGH-PROFIT, HIGH POTENTIAL BRANDED PRODUCTS ON AMAZON This step involves looking for branded products on Amazon that have a HUGE buyer demand, but very bad listings. In essence, your aim is to “refurbish” a product that is ALREADY proven to sell well. By refurbish, we mean improving its images, product title, product description and also features and benefits. When a product that everyone is buying has a poor listing, you now have the opportunity to improve this listing - and make even MORE sales. STEP 2: CREATE A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT The next step is to ask to open a Wholesale Account with the manufacturer of the product you have identified. You do this to gain access to their Wholesale distributor so that you can buy the product at discounted rates and sell them for a profit. However, there is a slight catch: Manufacturers don’t just accept anybody. That’s why you use Dan’s secret method. Instead of trying to lie your way through to opening an account, you take a different approach. You NEGOTIATE. You say, “Hey, I’ll come in, edit your listing and MASSIVELY increase your sales. In exchange, we’ll make a contract, we’ll make a deal. My business, my company, gets the right to buy these products direct from your manufacturer, at wholesale, discounted rates. I will then send these items into Amazon for you, and I will “manage” your listing and grow your sales.” This is a deal that’s hard to turn down. At the end of the day, it is a win-win situation. For you: You get DIRECT access to the manufacturers instead of having to go through the distributor. This means that you can buy items from them in bulk at a MASSIVE discount, allowing you to make more profits on the items you sell! For them: More money! Considering this is a long-term deal, you’re going to make them A LOT more money since you’ll be regularly buying their items in bulk. (Who wouldn’t want that?!) STEP 3: OPTIMIZE THE LISTING, PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS AND MAKE MONEY! The final step involves editing their listing to make it even better. Adding better photos. Adding a great title. Adding a great description - and greatly increasing the conversions and sales. You then buy the product you want to sell at wholesale, discounted rates, then ship them into one of Amazon’s FBA warehouses. Amazon’s FBA warehouses are incredible. They store these items for you. When a customer purchases your item, Amazon will pick, pack and ship this item off to your customer - without you having to even lift a finger. This means you don’t have to do ANY of the heavy lifting. At this point it’s basically a passive source of income. All you have to do is order new products when inventory gets low. It’s upfront work for long-term rewards!

10 Mistakes and Secrets You Never Knew About Famous Logos

08:25
You’d think that the most successful companies in the world invest good money for their logos to be picture-perfect, yet even Google isn’t immune to messing up a logo design. Pay attention to 10 super famous company logos that are hiding something or have design fails and mistakes in them. We all know what the White House looks like, and you’d think there’d be no possible difficulties recreating it in an image. However, there were at least 3 attempts to create a logo, all of which resulted in mistakes. Wikipedia’s logo representing knowledge has a really embarrassing mistake right in the middle of the image! You wouldn’t catch it unless you know Chinese, so we’ll let you in on the big secret. Some people saw a man bending over vomiting in the London Olympics logo, while others were joking that it looked like Lisa Simpson in a compromising position. Salvador Dali hired to design the Chupa Chups logo put the brand’s name on a bright daisy and insisted that the logo be placed on top of the wrapper so that everyone could see it. And it’s basically stayed the same since then! When asked about the imperfection of letter “G” in their logo, Google chose the best route a person can when explaining his or her mistakes. They simply said that they’re aware of the inaccurate “G”, but that was all part of the plan! This slight imperfection makes their image playful and approachable. Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS The White House 0:38 Wendy’s 1:29 Wikipedia 2:20 Hershey’s Kisses 3:28 The London Olympics 3:54 7-Eleven 4:42 Chupa Chups 5:17 Walt Disney 6:01 Pepsi 6:47 Google 7:17 SUMMARY -The designers of the White House’s logo made mistakes depicting the arch shape, mixed up the order of the windows and even lost pillars on the roof. -You might see nothing special in Wendy’s white and blue striped collar, but a closer look will reveal the word “mom” right in the center. -Wikipedia logo’s designer meant to write the Chinese word “wi”, but one tiny yet extra stroke made the symbol gibberish. -Lean your head towards your left shoulder, and you’ll get a sweet surprise: a chocolate kiss between the “K” and “I”. -Iranian participants in the London Olympic Games were upset by the peculiar style of the numbers 2012 because they read the word “Zion” in it. -All the letters in the word “eleven” in 7-Eleven logo are capitalized, except for one: the “n”. -The creator of Chupa Chups Spaniard Enric Bernat picked the most famous surrealist artist in the world Salvador Dali himself to design the new brand logo. -Those elegant swirls in the “W”, “i” and “y” in Disney logo look exactly like three sixes in a row. -If you wanna see what Pepsi can potentially do to you, just add a little circle on top of its logo, some arms and legs, and voila. -The letter “G” in Google logo doesn’t look the way it should. It’s not the complete perfect circle it’s supposed to be, and the inner circle is also far from ideal. Are Named Brand Gasolines Better Or Different than No Name Brands ?

Yes They are different. They contain a better additive package. When the trucks pick up the fuel from the racks, the brand names have their own rack while the generic fuels are separate.

12 Famous Logos With a Secret Meaning

10:53
A logo is the face of a brand, and we often buy this or that item because its “face” is well-known to the world. Come on, don’t deny it! As for the best logos, they convey a hidden subtext that represents the company’s values, goals, or history. So, here are 12 world-famous logos with a secret hidden meaning! TIMESTAMPS: Airbnb 1:15 TripAdvisor 2:02 MasterCard 2:55 Dell 3:53 National Geographic 4:26 Vodafone 5:08 Haribo 6:00 Subway 6:37 DC Comics 7:29 Mozilla Firefox 8:15 Bacardi 9:09 Orbit 9:42 Preview photo credit: Firefox logo used since June 2013 (version 23.0 Beta), Previous version of logo, used since Firefox 3.5: By © The Mozilla Foundation, CC BY 3.0 https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.es, https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archivo:Mozilla_Firefox_logo_2013.svg Animation is created by Bright Side Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - The logo contains 4 simple yet meaningful elements: the head of a person that represents a user of their site, the sign for a location on a map to show where the house or apartment is, a heart to represent love, and, finally, all of these symbols combine to make the letter “A” for Airbnb. - TripAdvisor’s logo is an owl, which symbolizes wisdom and knowledge. As for its different-colored eyes, they show that each traveler has a choice to make: green means go, and red means no! - The international payment system we all know these days as MasterCard was established in 1966 as Interbank. Red stands for bravery, passion, and for doing what makes you feel joy. The bright yellow symbolizes prosperity. - Ever wonder why the “E” in Dell’s logo is all askew? Well, the founder of the company, Michael Dell, wanted to convey the meaning of the popular idiom “turn the world on its ear,” which means to change something in an exciting way. - National Geographic, the popular magazine and channel that broadcasts documentaries in 171 countries, made its logo a yellow rectangle. The rectangle symbolizes a door that’s open to the world of knowledge about nature, science, and culture. Yellow and bright just like the Sun. - Vodafone is a British mobile provider that operates mostly in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. The company chose a couple of mysterious things for its logo, which looks sort of like an earphone. The designers wanted to show that, with Vodafone, users can talk to each other any time they want. - The Haribo’s founder combined the first 2 letters of his first and last name, Hans Riegel, and added the first 2 letters of his hometown of Bonn. - The arrows on the first and last letters of the Subway logo are there for a reason: they actually stand for the entrance and exit to the subway. This way, the company demonstrates that, with Subway, you can eat on the go, like in the actual subway! - Jim Lee revealed what the new logo of DC Comics actually means. The nooks and angles are meant to evoke the Superman “S” symbol, the Wonder Woman “WW” emblem, and the Bat-Signal. - “Firefox” is the English translation of the Chinese name for a red panda. This way, the company wanted to demonstrate how unique they are because this is a very rare kind of panda that’s actually endangered. - The legend goes that the wife of Bacardi’s co-founder saw a bat in their liquor factory. But instead of getting scared and running for the exit, he took it as a sign and decided that this was exactly what should be on the logo. - If you look closely at the Orbit's logo, you’ll notice that the capital “O” is split into 2 parts: one dark and one light. In the background you can see the image of an orbit. So, it’s clear that the “O” symbolizes day and night and a planet revolving around the Sun. Dropshippers Getting SUED?! (Store Reviews) How to Sell Branded Products Legally (When is it OK?)

11:16
Are YOU making these 3 critical dropshipping mistakes that could get you sued or shut down? ►► Free $10,000/Month ebook: http://wholesaleted.com/4-step ►► Step-by-step premium dropship video course: https://thedropshipclub.com How to not get sued when dropshipping: https://youtu.be/DtEkAyKapds 3 Things gurus don’t tell you: https://youtu.be/fnCiYMQizrU Why long shipping times don’t matter: https://youtu.be/sBuiN-CVxE4 In this video, Sarah reviews 3 of our subscribers stores… but NOT for sales and conversions. Instead, Sarah takes a look at them to see if they are legally compliant (and spoiler - they aren’t!). Here are the mistakes they made: MISTAKE #1: Selling Copyrighted Products The first store that Sarah reviewed (Scoops World Online) was making a HUGE mistake by selling phone cases that featured copyrighted photos, pictures, characters and trademarked logos (and yes - photos can contain copyrights as well!). On Aliexpress, a lot of sellers will sell items that contain copyrighted pictures and characters, and sell items that contain logos that are trademarked. A lot of people make the mistake that surely these manufacturers are only selling them if they have the right to do so? But unfortunately, they almost always don’t. The reason why they do it is because they know that they can get away with it, not because they have the right to do so. It’s very tempting to sell items that feature copyrighted characters/trademarks because they sell extremely well. The reason why they sell extremely well is because companies like Disney have poured enormous amounts of money into making them super popular. That is why they protect their copyrights/trademarks: they want to capitalize on that popularity and keep all of that money for themselves! However, this does lead to another question that we get asked a lot… QUESTION: Can I Sell Items that Contain Chinese Manufacturers Names? YES! Yes you can. There is NOTHING wrong with selling items that contain copyrights or trademarks, as long as you acquired those items LEGALLY. So you can tell a Captain America action figure, as long as you acquired it from a source that either produced it legally, or bought it legally. The problem with Chinese manufacturers is they usually did not produce their Captain America phone cases legally in the first place, which makes the items illegal - and thus, it makes it illegal for you to purchase them and resell them. If the manufacturers had produced them legally, it would be legal for you to sell them. So when a Chinese manufacturer places their brand/logo on an item (e.g. the manufacturer Transhome likes to put the name of their factory - Transhome - on their products) it’s absolutely fine to buy and resell that, as they had the right to make that item in the first place. MISTAKE #2: Not Having a Refund Policy Page The second store that Sarah reviewed (Doggo Trend) did not have a refund policy page anywhere on the website. This is a big problem because it means that if the customer wants to return an item for an illegitimate reason (e.g. they bought the wrong sized shirt) that you can’t point to a refund policy page and say, we don’t accept refunds if you purchase the wrong size, and we made this clear before you bought it. The customer now has an opening to argue with you that they should receive a refund - which increases the chances that they’ll try to do something like file a dispute with PayPal. And yes: you would probably win that dispute. But now your seller metrics have been negatively impacted. Be sure to protect yourself with a refund policy page. MISTAKE #3: Not Including a Shipping Time Disclaimer When dropshipping from Aliexpress, the shipping times can be 10-20 days long with epacket to the USA. This is an abnormally high shipping time. It is not fair to the customer to not warn them that the shipping times are going to be long. The third store that Sarah reviewed, Kokosale, did NOT include a shipping time disclaimer on their product pages. This is very concerning: you should include a note (and we recommend bolding it) saying that shipping will take either 2-3 weeks, or 2-4 weeks to be safe. If you do not warn the customer, they could get very upset and legitimately ask for a refund, file a PayPal dispute or file a chargeback. And the chances are, you will lose that dispute because you were engaging in shady practices. So don’t try to hide the shipping times - set the expectation for the customer. Be upfront and let them know!

How beauty brands failed women of color

09:11
But the industry is changing – and Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty isn’t the only brand laying the foundation for a more inclusive beauty industry. Subscribe to our channel! http://goo.gl/0bsAjO Rihanna’s new makeup line Fenty Beauty has been an instant success — and it’s not only popular because Rihanna’s name is attached to it. Fenty Beauty carries a wide range of foundations — 40 to be exact — which has the beauty industry shook. Cosmetics and the beauty industry as a whole, has a long history of creating products that did not match deeper-toned people of color. There are a number of factors that have lead many mainstream beauty companies to having a narrow selection for people of color — and not all of those reasons are rooted in product development. With Fenty Beauty, Rihanna is showing the industry that it’s worth investing money and time into creating nuanced products beyond the ranges of ivory, beige, and tan. Different Company Brands and Businesses that Utilized LinkedIn Marketing.

03:22
Learn more: https://trungkien-vn.com/online-marketing/ Different Company Brands and Businesses that Utilized LinkedIn Marketing. Although LinkedIn is considered to be one of the top social networking sites for professionals, it is unheard of to know that there are successful marketing campaigns that have been launched using LinkedIn marketing. Compared to Facebook and Twitter, LinkedIn is more toned-down and discreet. Hence, not all brands would think of promoting in LinkedIn. This then, makes it an even better medium or channel to advertise in. As one marketer noted, the chances of standing out and running clever campaigns in LinkedIn are greater as opposed to launching campaigns on Facebook or Twitter, where the rest of the market are expected to be. Without further ado, here are the some brands and businesses that took a plunge and let LinkedIn do the talking. American Express developed an app called “Everything You Do” to honor and celebrate Administrative Professionals’ Day. The app allowed LinkedIn members to vote for administrators in their companies and the nominees get the chance to win Amex gift cards ranging from $25 to $2,500. The promo may not be considered a big campaign even if banner ads were used. However, it is a classic example of a multinational brand utilizing the LinkedIn marketing platform. Another example of a credible and multinational company advertising in LinkedIn is CNN Money. It was the first account to make use of LinkedIn’s Company Insider feature. When CNN posted the ‘100 Best Companies To Work For’ annual report, they utilized the Company Insider feature by showing which employees and top executives of the 100 Best Companies CNN employees were connected to. Not only was the move strategic but it was apt and aspirational too. It showcased to the other members of the community exactly how the networking function of LinkedIn works and just how close they could get to their ideal companies through first or second degree connections. The Weinstein Co., a Hollywood film studio, promoted their film The Butler with LinkedIn marketing Sponsored Updates. The contest, which was entitled ‘Path to Success’ invited members to join the promo to be able to win a “career experience of a lifetime.” A total of three winners were able to have access to a business executive, a career coach and a top recruiter. Not only did a film studio advertise in LinkedIn but so did a retail company. Fruit of the Loom, a known sock and underwear brand, sent messages to members who had a career or job switch in the last 30 days. The promo allowed the member claim a Fruit of the Loom item because it believed, “great-fitting underwear can help you start your workday in a great mood.” Most consider LinkedIn as the place to hire or be hired. What most do not know is that the revenue from LinkedIn marketing is roughly $63 million per quarter. Multinational companies like Chevron, Cathay Pacific, Microsoft, Philips, Prudential and Citigroup are just some of the businesses that advertise heavily on the site. These are just examples of brands turning to LinkedIn for their promotional efforts. And this is just the beginning. And if you want to learn more, I recommend you click the link in the description to discover how to leverage the power of LinkedIn to get free traffic, promote offers, and build a network of powerful "big name" connections who'll help you to skyrocket any business to new heights fast. And if you like this video, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe and share it with your friends on Facebook and Twitter and Google Plus. Thank you for watching and see you next time. Difference Between Copyright vs. Trademark vs. Patent

03:40
This is a preview lesson from my course "Copyright Easily Explained." Enroll in the complete course for FREE for a Limited Time Only here: https://www.udemy.com/copyright What's the Difference between Copyright vs. Trademark vs. Patent? At a fundamental level, Copyright protects your original creative works such as books, movies, songs, paintings, photographs, and web content. As the owner of a copyright, you can control how your work is reproduced, distributed and presented publicly, and you can sue infringers in court. An idea itself cannot be copyrighted. A work must be in a fixed, tangible form to be protected. Copyright registration provides legal evidence and public notice of ownership, and by allowing the copyright owner to bring suit in court if there’s any infringement. Authors, artists, and other creative professionals typically seek copyright protection. On the other hand, Trademark protects the names, symbols or slogans for products or services that you sell. In other words, a trademark lets the consumer tell the difference between one company's product or service from another's. Trademarks include brand names such as "Coca-Cola" and images such as Nike's famous "swoosh." As the owner of a trademark, you can sue for trademark infringement and prevent someone else from using your name, symbol, or slogan. A trademark registration can potentially have an unlimited term, but has be renewed every ten years. The owner can renew the trademark registration as long as the mark remains in continued use. For more information about how to file your own trademark, feel free to enroll in my course, “How to Trademark on Your Own.” Business and product owners typically seek trademark protection. And lastly, patent protects your inventions and designs. There’s two kinds of patent protection — utility patent and design patent. Utility patent protects your inventions with a new or improved function, such as machines, processes, or chemical compositions. On the other hand, design patent protects any new, original, and ornamental design for an article of manufacture that does not affect the article's function. Filing a utility or design patent gives you the exclusive right to prevent others from making, using, selling, or importing the protected invention. If you do not file a patent, then the law doesn’t offer any protection for your invention. A utility patent protects an invention for 20 years and it cannot be renewed. On the other hand, a design patent protects a design for 14 years and it also cannot be renewed. Inventors and designers typically need patent protection.
