Alright peeps, so it’s holidays and I got about 7 weeks till High School starts. Me being 15 years old, my goal is to try as hard as I can on abs to get that 6 pack and to eat healthy only. I’ll do this 5 times a week 2-4 rounds + swimming 3 times a week and 6 days a week of Gym. I’ll update this every week!

I’ve seen some complain that it works your legs more than your abdomen but if u wear high compression socks it could help then u can put more energy into working out your abs
