Thanks for the tutorial! At the end of the tutorial, when you deleted the table, you said that you preferred to drop the table through the shell interface. I was wondering if there is a reason you felt it was better? It seemed that both ways were quick and easy.

Just said because it's good to practice queries by writing them manually in the shell interface , otherwise it does not matter , its just a matter of choice.

If I have more than 10 columns, is there a way to get those into the tool without having to manually key those in?

No , there is no such way , only query and the graphical UI are the ways if youre doing it manually , or you can import a SQL file , or CSV file if you already have the database.
