APA Style 6th Ed.: Reference List

269 ratings | 47799 views
This video will show you how to set up your paper following correct APA Style guidelines in Microsoft Word 2010 for PC. This specific video focuses on how to make a reference list and correctly reference journal articles, books, book chapters, government documents, and dissertations. The steps should be very similar on every version of Word since 2007 for PC. On Word for Mac, I believe the steps are the same, but the interface is different. For how to make a Title Page and Running Head: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VKWKswH29kM For how to use In-Text Citations and Quotations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FrJeRrLYe0 For more information about APA Style, pick up the latest version of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, or browse through the resources at the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL): http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/section/2/10/

What if the author doesn't have a known middle name!!?!?!?!?!?
Samuel Forlenza (1 month ago)
In that case, just leave out the middle initial.

Thank you so much Sam for your tutorials on APA. I have saved as my favorites, your video on "title page, running head" and I have referenced it several times in the past year for my graduate social work school assignments. Keep up the good work!
