The last two, under chin and cradle are either not clear or impossible to do. The under chin doesn't make any sense and the cradle is not possible for me as per instructions. I'm SURE I'm misunderstanding. What am I missing? Thank you!

But please make some other exercises that can help me get back my nice small waist i had sometime back. My waist is becoming big these days i think i need to burn some waist fats.. 5th Day: Okay my arms were hurting, which was interesting since I wasn't hurting the day before. It was tough to hold my arms up when I had the books in my arms and then the sciccors after just about killed me. LOL still going though :)

4th day: it has become even easier then b4 and sometimes I feel like I need to add more reps, but for the sake of seeing if this actually works as is, I don't. So far I have seen some changes in my arms and chest.

I like the 🐍one. I figured out it was called the cobra exercise because you raise yourself up the way a cobra would do.
