Link to external CSS files

Check out my new site at http://www.youtubemuse.com/ In this screencast, we are going to talk about another way of adding CSS into your HTML file. Sometimes, you will have classes you would like to reuse on a different page. If you always have to code the same style again in each of your HTML page, it will become troublesome. Just imaging if you have to change the same class throughout all your webpages. Therefore, CSS allows you to create an external stylesheet and be linked to any of your HTML pages.

Doesn't work for me, it work for the headers, but the background doesn't work when linked, and well half the stuff doesn't appear when linked even though it works perfectly when I simply put it on top of every pages? I've looked everywhere and everyone says the same thing, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong
